Tom Pagnozzi, former St. Louis Cardinal and Arkansas Razorback, founded Pagnozzi Charities in 1999. Tom, and Norm DeBriyn, former U of A head baseball coach, wanted to find a way to give back to the program that started his professional career. The Razorback Foundation’s Celebrity Golf Tournament and Auction that began in 1991 developed into the Tom Pagnozzi Charity Golf Tournament, Banquet and Sports Memorabilia Auction. This event continues to support Pagnozzi Charities and helps them meet charitable goals. The Pagnozzi Youth Sports Assistance Program was created to provide scholarships to youth from low income families throughout Northwest Arkansas, providing them with equal access to the same athletic experiences as their peers and thus the Pagnozzi motto “leveling the playing field.” In January 2019, former Fayetteville Bulldog, Arkansas Razorback & now Minnesota Twin pitcher, Blake Parker joined our organization with the intent to help us reach our goals and achieve our mission for many more years to come. In February 2019, the organization was rebranded as Pagnozzi Parker Charities. The Future Hope of Pagnozzi Parker Charities is to continue to improve more and more the lives of our youth.
